    Dear Mr King,

As an IT trainer of assistive software at the Beacon centre for the Blind, I teach assistive softwares to blind and visually impaired persons including Zoom text, supernova and Dolphin Guide. I have installed your excellent Webbie 3.118.0.0 and accessible suite on my own on non networked laptop where it works without fault and I would like to teach this free software to some of my students at the Beacon Centre for the Blind. Unfortunately, although it appears to install without any error log (with our contracted technical support teamnot being able to find any installation error log or crash error log to work on) in using webbie, generally after performing a search, selecting a link and going to a webpage (in text only view), as soon as the webpage opens, the program closes down with no error messages (the window just dissappears). Please can you advise as to whether you have another version of webbie 3.118.0.0 that may work on our computers here at the Beacon centre. I have tried installng and working with your version 4 beta on the Beacon centre computers (networked) whch does not crash out. However, the Ctrl & L to build a list of links tool seems faulty as when i select a link from the built list it seems to redirect to a different webpage within the website (but I appreciate it is still work in progress). If you could provide any advice on the webbie version 3.118.0.0 errors/ shutdowns that we are experiencing I and my VI students would very much appreciate it. I would very much like to be able to teach your Webbie software as a better and free alternative to the expensive guide and supernova.

    kind regards
